Getting Started with Doggy Daycare
All new daycare guests begin with a required Meet & Greet
Meet & Greets are four-hour introductory visits designed to help us understand your dog as an individual. During this time, our team focuses on your dog’s comfort, play style, and ability to settle into a daycare routine.
During the Meet & Greet, we observe how your pup:

Transitions into a new environment

Interacts in group play (at their own pace)

Responds to rest breaks and structure
After the Meet & Greet, we’ll talk through how your dog did and recommend the best path forward for daycare visits. Our goal is to ensure daycare is something your dog truly enjoys, not something they simply tolerate.
Getting Started with Overnight Boarding
First-time boarding begin with a required overnight boarding evaluation
This introductory overnight stay allows us to focus on your dog’s overall comfort while away from home. We look at how they settle into the evening, participate in group play when appropriate, and relax overnight in their private suite.
During the boarding evaluation, we observe how your pup:

Eats dinner comfortably

Sleeps and settles overnight
At morning pickup, we’ll review how your dog did and help plan future boarding stays if we’re a good fit for one another. Group play isn’t right for every dog, and that’s okay. Our priority is creating an experience your dog feels good about.

Our facility is designed to support safe, supervised play every day. Sitting on 4.5 acres with a 9,000 sq. ft. facility, dogs enjoy eight total play yards (4 indoor and 4 outdoor). Playgroups are thoughtfully grouped by size and temperament and supervised by expertly trained handlers to support positive social time, built-in rest breaks, and a great experience for every pup.
Passionate Trained Team
Our dog handlers complete 100 hours of PackPro training plus mentor training to support safe, attentive care for your canine companion. Our team is Pet Tech CPR & First Aid trained, and we use positive reinforcement throughout our facility to build trust and strengthen the bond between our team and your pup.

Our facility is always evolving because we believe learning never ends! Our team regularly attends expert-led conferences, trainings, and expositions to keep raising our standards of care, which earns us the trust of families across NKY. We’re always refining our approach to deliver the best possible experience for your pup.

We bring the canine community together through local “Yappy Hours” and other dog-centered activities. Our clients care, they love to donate dog necessities to our donation station so that we can help local shelters and rescues. We also support our local nonprofits and schools through monetary donations and Allie’s Walkabout raffle baskets.
